Disappointing

Disliked: We had room 301 - pet room - long past due for a Reno. Really old carpet, the room was clean but run down. Door doesn't close properly. Tried to check out after the first night to move to a new hotel but told we had prepaid (booking.com) and would get no refund. Won't be back here.

Convenient stop through town

Liked: Smooth check-in/check-out, clean and near the highway. Restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing, lack of choice for food. The rooms are a little dated, could use a reno.

Never booking again

Liked: I had a problem getting checked in. They kept claiming my card was declined. I asked them multiple times if the number was imputed correctly because it was a computer program and not a credit card machine I could insert it in. They just kept telling me that it’s my fault and my card issue. It was too late to call the card company. I offered to pay via debit plus a deposit. They declined. Managed to get my husband’s card information to use. The had no empathy or care. Never offered me other options just stood there in silence as I struggled to come up with a solution. I called the credit card company in the morning. The desk inputted my expiry date wrong. Multiple times. I went to the desk again but it was different workers. Told them the situation and they told me they’d investigate it and someone would call me. They never did of course. Super frustrating and ignorant. The halls also smell like cigarettes and there is no elevator. Rooms were standard. Definitely a dated hotel but cheap.

Liked: The room was dated but reasonably clean
Disliked: Beds were very soft and worn ,Guests across the hall were smoking Marijuana and slamming doors all night , our non smoking room smelled gross from the Marijuana smoking across the hall , we were offered air freshener when we complained about it.We will not be back !
