Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and bedding was clean.
Disliked: The ceramic tiling on the floor in the bathroom area needs to be cleaned better and the carpeting in the room needs to be vacuumed better and then steam cleaned.

Disliked: I booked a pet friendly room because I will bring my dog, it supposed included in the price but I was charged extra fee for my dog.
