Disliked: Limited breakfast, only cereal was available since the hotel was out of syrup for the waffles

Liked: Dirty, bathtub had hair in it, black mold in certain spots around the tub. Sticky carbet, dust and dirty where the microwave was

Disliked: My booking was for July 21-25 on the 23 return to my room to find all my property gone went to the front desk they said it was My check out date my receipt clearly shows the 25th all they did is blame booking 2 days later I received a refund for the 2 days with no explanation very inconvenient lost wages on my part

Disliked: The room smelled like weed when we walked in, even though it is a non-smoking facility.

Disliked: i stayed for one night, was told i couldn't cancel because i paid for a "weekly rate" and would need to speak to the assistant manager the following morning " when I wouldn't even be in Lee's Summit. Then some manager emails me the following week claiming that I was to have formally checked out (whatever that means) , they didn't know I checked out because a "do not disturb" thing was hanging on the door. That front desk dude CLEARLY saw me hauling my belongings out with the aide of my ex-husband who was waiting in the lobby.
