Disliked: The owner came out and screamed at me for accident hang up on booking. He said i did not have reservation and proceeded to be rude....I went to different hotel and was treated much nicer....they were supposed to give me first floor...they gave me room key with first floor room scratched out and put me on 3rd floor...the hallway to elevator was very dark..

Trash I need my refund

Liked: Nasty and smells
Disliked: Bed bugs and bugs biteing all night

Shouldn't be a Super 8!

Liked: Thought I would like it because it's a Super 8. Boy, was I wrong! The mattress was comfortable, and the front office staff was nice, but that was about the only positives. No smiley face from us!
Disliked: Room smelled like cat pee, air conditioner barely worked and didn't cool the room, the bathtub was filthy, the floor corners had built up dirt, the walls were dirty, the chain lock was broken on the door, holes and patches on the walls everywhere. The place is like a dive motel with seedy characters hanging around that have rented rooms. It was a scary place! Shouldn't be a Super 8 by any stretch of the imagination.

Liked: It definitely needs to be updated the TV was not working all the time
Disliked: It was not the cleanest Hotel. At times in certain areas of the hotel I smell mold in the wall

Staff was great, close location...

Liked: Not to far from downtown Laurel.
Disliked: There was a lot of traffic , it also needs some updating. I believe there is some long term tenants, that might need some help to have a better life style. Prayers for them.
