Liked: Furnishings nice. Bed excellent. Staff friendly and responsive.I would probably stay there again if they had not charged an unknown security deposit. I have never had a hotel charge a security deposit.
Disliked: A security deposit was charged wo previous notice. Was returned day of checkout. booking was confirmed as a nonsmoker room when I requested a smoker room wo authorization.

Disliked: Staff rude, couldn’t watch tv in room asked for remote and never got one to be able to watch tv, staff came up to us 2 times asking if we had a room there when we went to breakfast. Breakfast was the worst.
