DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE...

Disliked: The rooms are terrible, & the TV didn't work, & the Air conditioner didn't work well. The air conditioners there NEVER WORK. The rooms all are terrible, the whole place needs to be torn down, & their we're roaches, & we found drug parafanelia in our room, & past guest left their dirty clothes their, & their was people's hair all in the rags, & towels, THE WHOLE PLACE IS JUST TERRIBLY DISGUSTING

Liked: The staff sole items ftom my room, drank 1/2 bottle of vodka, stole ONE OF THE TWO ORCHIDS I HAD, SIDE BY SIDE, on the inside window shelf and left the empty planter, MY PERSONAL TRAVEL PILLOW & CASE, a wool blanket bought at Yellowstone National Park. Dominique Banned me from the property, THAT NIGHT WHEN I ARRIVED AFTER WORK, for making 2 consecutive late online bookings thru booking.com, because they were made after 11 AM The room was paid for in full. 6/11/25. Dominique, the manager, allowed a homeless guy to sleep on the blue lobby couch for at least 30+ hours. There is an eye in the sky directly pointing at that lobby section. She is absolutely the worst example of customer service manager. I AM A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER AND HAVE BEEN SINCE 2018. I would have fired her on the spot. There is no denying the homeless man's stay on the couch. Her & I had a few discussions about him, like when he was leaving, he could be a convicted felon,etc. Dominiques goto response would be. I'll be taking care of him - that was on day 1, day 2 mid to early afternoon, she finally did. Come on....Thats grounds for immediate dismissal. She banned me, knowing the reservation was paid for, because of my "two consecutive late, online bookings BUT ALLOWED A HOMELESS MSN TO SLEEP ON THE LOBBY COUCH FOR OVER 30 HOURS.. Does that sound like a take charge front desk MANAGER that has the customer's safety prioritized? Does that make any sense because If it does, please explain.
