Property Needs Some Love!

Liked: The location was great for our conference location.
Disliked: I was here as a speaker for a conference...Upon arrival, my first impression was that the property could benefit from additional attention and maintenance. The key card to my room was inconsistent and required a trip to the front desk for reactivation. Throughout the room, the carpets, walls, blankets, and tile floors appeared significantly worn and stained. While it’s possible that some of the marks were permanent, their overall condition gave the impression that thorough cleaning may not have been prioritized.Although the sheets and towels appeared to be freshly laundered, the general state of the property made me question the overall level of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I also encountered a roach or water bug in the bathroom, which disappeared into a crack beneath the sink. Additionally, I observed a cat carrying a mouse across the parking lot just outside my door.Given these experiences, I have decided not to include this property in our future annual conference visits. I believe that with some targeted updates and enhanced property management, this location could greatly improve the guest experience.

Liked: There is no breakfast! absolutely nothing.... THEY haGrab A HARD MUFFIN OVER THE COUNTER out of a box not FRESH and give it to u, machines with juice r available SURPRISED
Disliked: The fact that they offer breakfast when they don't, they should just keep the softball muffins, most people don't like others touching their food
