I would say it's worth the money and close to Neyland Stadium and a good place to stay.

Liked: Though it was clean and quite a nice place to stay.
Disliked: Linen and TV could stand some improvement.

Liked: Overall one of the worst places I have stayed. The rooms smelled like stale smoke, appearance was dirty, bathrooms and bath fan were gross, the bedding was old and did not feel clean. I was shocked to be honest. One good thing was the lady at the front was nice and pleasant.
Disliked: It is time for this place to be fully renovated.
