Disliked: I woke up in the morning went to bathroom and there was a roach in bathroom and on handsink

Liked: Breakfast food was poor, stale and very little variety, location was great for the reason of our stay
Disliked: Burnt out light bulbs, TV didn't work, no toiletries, ice machine broken, requested a ground floor room close to office with handicapped parking, I have bad knees and can't walk very far. Was given room 108,with handicapped spot in front of the door which was perfect, the problem was 3 out of 4 nights handicapped space was taken by vehicles without handicapped plates or placards because of proximity to the stairs and I had to park across the lot several doors down from my room. Reported it to manager and was told oh well, what can I do about it

Disliked: Housekeeping need to come in and clean rooms daily…..empty trash, give clean towels.

Liked: The staff was very nice,and the location of the hotel was very convenient, right off the highway.I honestly can't think of anything else good to say about this hotel unfortunately.
Disliked: First of all, when we had to park there was no available parking, we were told to park in front of the office but out of the way of traffic, which was far away from our room and it was pouring down rain. The beds were hard as a rock, and springy at the same time.The sheets had mold on them, ALL OF THE TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS had nasty stains all over them, and not one clean looking one. The bathroom could definitely use sweeping and the bathtub had black mold ALL around the middle of it, disgusting! The lights flickered the whole time and the air conditioner put out little air at a time and smelled very musty. It would be a little harder to complain if the room was a reasonable price but it was definitely way overpriced for what we received and I had to warn others, so that you at least have a heads up as to what you may have to deal with in a room at this specific hotel.

Disliked: Ac didn’t work the best, dirty sock behind the door and kind of overpriced

Disliked: Bath towels and wash cloths needed better cleaning.There was a severe lack of coffee in the morning.

Liked: The system tried to put me into a smoking room and I asked for a non smoking room. They fixed this and were also very nice to my service dog
Disliked: Had to ask the front desk for toilet paper, the system tried to put me in a smoking room after I reserved a non smoking room since im asthmatic. They fixed this tho. No plug for the bathtub.

Will definitely be back!

Liked: As soon as you walk in the door, you can tell the staff there go above and beyond! Right now it resembles your family's living room that's all decorated for Christmas! They know the value of the little things. Including specialty coffees and teas, out if the ordinary breakfast items and even table-scapes! The staff were all incredibly sweet, with a special "Thank You!!" Going out to Jamie who helped me with a temporary situation that was traumatic for me personally. She was so kind and caring!
