Great place, exceeded my expectations

Liked: Great choice for work trip or single tour. I was on my cycling trip, guys let me take bicycle to room. Breakfast is served starting from very early time (from 6:30AM) - that is convenient if you need to leave early. No restaurant except breakfast, but without any problems discussed food delivery with staff.

We always stay here as...

Disliked: Need to wash down the walls and doors, lots of dirt and hand prints. And maybe new towels

Great for our short stay...

Liked: Room was large for our family of four. Beds were comfy (hubby found his pillow a bit flat). Front desk check in and out was fast and friendly. We were able to charge our plug in electric car no problem.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Not enough tables if hotel is busy. Refill of empties is fast.

Liked: The staff are wonderful. Very polite and accommodating. Comfortable and close to downtown and basically anything one would need or want.
Disliked: I have stayed here often but this is the first time there was not enough hot water. Okay to shower but to bathe not so much.

Overall very bad experience...

Disliked: Starting with a communication issue between Booking.com and Super 8: our booking did not exist in the system.We had to pay again for a room, in addition to what we paid on Booking.com.The room was very basic, noisy, and not comfortable. The heating was off when we entered the room at midnight (in February), it was freezing in the room.The heating and the fridge are too noisy if you want to sleep.The walls are thick like paper, we could hear the road and the people snoring in the other rooms.It is forbidden to smoke in the area, but the room still smells like cigarettes.

Liked: The breakfast waffles, juice & coffee were great. Comfortable room. A little dated, but great range of facilities
Disliked: The kitchenette had an electric cooktop & microwave, but was very dated & the cutlery & crockery were mismatched and didn’t feel particularly clean
