Liked: The location was perfect 4min drive to RMC
Disliked: Dump smell, mold on the shower curtain, mold behind the toilet

Clean but irritating young partiers...

Liked: Clean and updated style in the room . Very refreshing . Modern amenities.
Disliked: Checked in at 11:00 pm . Extremely tired and wanting to sleep . Bad part is “ They placed us in the back area close to the dumpster where some young people had been checked into to their room as well . They partied all night long . We mentioned this to the property manager this morning and asked for a refund as they kept us up all night sadly . They refused a refund due to the fact that we didn’t call or get out of bed to come up front to tell them about the noise last night . Very disappointing to say the least and super tired today that not even a small bit of compensation or empathy was offered even .

Liked: Can't beat the value in Kingston! Clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Helpful staff. Always our first choice.

Liked: This is a basic motel and we spend only one night. We found the bed comfortable, bathroom was clean, fridge and microwave in the room. Good breakfast ( toast, bagels, boiled eggs, waffle maker, cofee, tea, juice).
Disliked: Air conditioning a bit noisy.

The hotel suffices if you...

Liked: The hotel is really close to Kingston, so it was just a short drive to get to downtown. The bed was really confortable e we slept really well.
Disliked: The juice available in breakfast was terrible. Really strong artificial taste. The lock on our door stopped working and we didn't get any solution to the problem, which I found ridiculous as once we were out, we could not get back in. Luckily it was our last day.
