Disliked: The hotel is not very clean, and my room has a weird odour for the entire stay. I wouldn't say it stinks but the smell made me unfonfortable the entire time, mostly from the washroom. The front desk is nic,e but they do not know their job and the manager is not responsible at all. Also, if you book from booking.com, you need to pay 200% attention because the customer service is not on your side. I need to check out early because my flight has changed, and the front desk says I can get a refund through booking.com, and the customer line said they can make the change, so I left. However, the conversation went back and forth for like two months because no one could reach out to the hotel's manager. Booking.com has sent numerous emails to the manager, but we never got a reply, and the number they have on Booking.com is not reachable to this facility, either. The number on Google Maps, however, is not in Booking.com's callbooks, so they can not dial this number, which is the only way to reach out directly to the facility. And when I called them, the manager kept saying he already replied, but it turned out he was lying because we never received anything replies through Booking.com.All in all, if you are confident that you won't have any possible demand, modification or dispute ever from the manager or facility, and if you do not mind the cleanliness and odour for your stay, this would be a good choice.
