Super 8 by Wyndham Irving/DFW Apt/North

Liked: For 45 dollars I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the staff was polite as well.
Disliked: It was warm in the hallways. Nice and cold in the rooms though.

DIRTY! AND SMELLS, CARPET SOAKED...

Liked: The location was the only thing good about my stay.
Disliked: The room smelled like urine, mold, & mildew. The AC was broke & the whole carpet was soaked. They latch was broke on the lock. The shower had mold in it. Worst hotel ever! They would not switch rooms or give me a refund. The carpet stayed soaked all night until I left at 6am. They front desk was no help & made me stay in a water leaked room. I will never go there again.

No breakfast, terrible service from...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: - Breakfast is literally coffee and orange juice. - Furniture and carpet worn out. - Receptionist was unable to provide clear instructions for shuttle pick up, had to call back 4 times, and even got annoyed when I told her the door she mentioned did not exist (and I confirmed that I was right!).

Liked: The location was really good and close to the places I need to be.
Disliked: The staff is not personable at all. Didn’t see a single smile in the entirety of my stay. Additionally, I was told there was breakfast but there was only coffee & OJ. To top it off, the hair dryer didn’t work and the shower was a bit dirty.
