Overall I won’t go back and will never recommend it to anyone.
Liked: The room seemed clean and the AC worked.
Disliked: The curtains in the front window were dirty and old; the building smelled bad; the person at the front desk was hard to understand and talked very low. The hall floors were dirty.

Liked: The only shining light was the day clerk. She was exceptional
Disliked: Same breakfast every day. Pancakes and cold cereal. Little bit of yogurt. Nothing a diabetic could eat. So sad. WiFi worked for the first night and nothing else but promises.

Disappointing
Liked: location was easy to find right off the highway. staff was very understanding and tried to work with us on issue of our room being on the third floor with an ada guest and the elevator being down.
Disliked: We booked with an ADA guest, that could not use stairs. when we got to property, we were told the elevator was down and our room was on the third floor. when trying to help us with suggestion on another room on their property, the only other options were a room on the second floor. We ultimately had to find other accommodations.

Disliked: Odor, the 3rd floor smells like smoke eventhough we were on a non smoking área, goo thing was that at the front desk they gave us a other room for the inconvenience

Provided a bed, breakfast and...
Liked: Breakfast was ok, coffee, juice, yogurt, bananas, pancakes, toast. The best part was that it provided a shuttle at DFW as my flight out was cancelled.
Disliked: Had to call the 800 number to get the phone connection to their font desk, and that person tried to sell me other things. Then the person on the front desk phone was not very helpful as I was at the van pickup stop for the terminal, but they said they needed the gate number. I would think they would know that, as they provide the service. The van driver finally came and was helpful and amiable. Also, the rooms and decor were old and questionable. I would think Wyndham would have a little pride in their properties.
