Disliked: Staff werent the most honest Left my jacket in my room by accident When I came back that night to recheck in they didnt bother to tell me they had my jacket. lol I only got it when I told the woman thats my jacket laying on that chair

Liked: Its a Hilton property and they are just about always first class Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating

Disliked: Absolutely disappointed! I had a family matter to handle so was unable to make the trip to Innisfail. I did not realize I had booked a non-cancel room. Even though Booking.com and I personally requested they waive the charge neither request was even acknowledged let alone offer customer forgiveness.
