Lacking in Staff.

Liked: Location and the check in Staff, Connie who accommodated our request for ground floor rooms due to the elderly group’s mobility issues.
Disliked: There was nobody at the front desk and had to wait for a long time just to checkout.

Liked: Clean and reasonable price.
Disliked: I paid for late check out and had a do not disturb sign on my door. Because I had a late flight I wanted to sleep a little. Room service came by knocking then the desk clerk called and asked if I was checking out. When I told her I had paid for a late check out she said she didn’t see the sticky note. Maybe should look at your policies for late check out

Liked: Cost of location aware it is a low cost hotel
Disliked: $50” damages” fee for very tiny spill on sheets from my daughter fruit snack pack. No response via email after photos were provided to me. Takes multiple times for them to answer calls. Asked for manager to reach out to me no luck. We also asked for a dust pan and broom since we had to sweeper the carpet I have the video of proof with time stamp. Bleach stains in hallways very dirty too.

Disliked: A/C didn’t work, tv turned on but that’s all it did. Very noisy.

We felt the ADA room...

Liked: We needed an ADA room. We got an ADA room. It did NOT accommodate my husbands mobility scooter in the least. He could not turn at all without running into walls or furnishings. My husband suffers from dementia to a degree and having this issue was such a burden at the end of a long day.

Liked: The property was well located for driving. It was clean and the staff friendly. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The amenities were good. Parking was easy.
Disliked: Our groom smelt a little musty when we entered. We turned off the air conditioner and that seemed to help.
