A nice place to sleep...

Hotel as a whole is...

Liked: Location and that is about all. I used my own bedding so I can’t rate that. I am pretty sure I was in a pet friendly room because it smells like dog pee and I am allergic to dogs and my allergies flared up within an hour of my arrival. I didn’t sleep well nor did a shower help.
Disliked: This used toto be a go to spot in my 4times a year trips to Oregon from Wyoming but it has gone downhill in cleanliness and price. When I told the young man at the counter no pet and I’m allergic to dogs so no room I am not sure he understood as all he said is “ oh that’s good”. So I don’t think I’ll be back anymore.

Lacking in Staff.

Liked: Location and the check in Staff, Connie who accommodated our request for ground floor rooms due to the elderly group’s mobility issues.
Disliked: There was nobody at the front desk and had to wait for a long time just to checkout.

Pleasant

Liked: Clean and reasonable price.
Disliked: I paid for late check out and had a do not disturb sign on my door. Because I had a late flight I wanted to sleep a little. Room service came by knocking then the desk clerk called and asked if I was checking out. When I told her I had paid for a late check out she said she didn’t see the sticky note. Maybe should look at your policies for late check out
