Liked: Service was good, the room was clean, and the bed was not a board. We didn't use the free breakfast, but that area was clean and roomy.
Disliked: This hotel has stairs down to rooms. We were in room 103: the room was nice sized for the sleeping areas, the restroom was very small ( go in turn to sit on toilet to your admidiate right tub and admidiate left sink), and gaps between the blackout curtains

Disliked: Employees smoking where customers go in and out for our rooms. The smoke smell was in the rooms and hallways. Then one Employee every morning stand out there smoking asking if you are checking out when your all dressed up going out. Seemed kinda of ruid. Oh and cigarette butt's everywhere along with packages.

Disliked: The room was old and not well maintained. The shower head is low and fixed in one position, pointing toward the wall, which makes it difficult to rinse.

Liked: The convenience of the location
Disliked: Worst room experience, roaches in the room and bathroom, towels were all stained, shower head would not work properly and water coming thru it was boiling hot no matter how we set up the temperature. Spider webs in the window, walls not clean, wholes in the walls. When complaining they made excuses to skip the fact that they are not taking the proper care of the rooms for their guests.
