Liked: The room was fairly clean.
Disliked: The outside is dirty and falling apart. Pool was closed….since 2024 when it received a violation. Elevator doesn’t work. Dirty walls and floors throughout. No hot water in the shower. The lady at the counter during checkout was VERY rude to my husband when he made a complaint. Flat out said that she doesn’t care and to just go on our way.

Liked: It was quiet for the most part. Had some bathroom issues and was given a plunger to keep in my room.
Disliked: I shouldn't have been the one to keep fixing the toilet.

Passable

Liked: Local to my needs while in town
Disliked: Rooms are outdated, elevator was out of order, had to ask for town, coffee, and cups, there isn't a daily cleaning of the rooms.

Bad

Disliked: There were bed bugs in our room we left very quickly and never got reimbursed for our stay. After I made several long distance calls( which I didn't realize since it was the only number listing for booking.com) and they would say they contacted the facility but when I called the facility they said they never received a call from booking.com. I also emailed and used the app to contact someone. Still till this day never received any reimbursement back. Booking.com and super 8 was a horrible experience all around.I don't recommend it.

Exceptional

To bad this place wasn’t...

Liked: Close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: The light coming into the room automatically turn on and went off and anytime I moved it went off even while I was in the bed. There wasn’t anyway to fix it. The place was dirty walls had crap running down. The linens were worn and dirty. The phone in the room was there but had no buttons and wasn’t hooked up( no dial tone) what’s the point. I was up early and went to get a cup of coffee and as I’m walking back to my room the person from the desk was walking in front of me and went into my room. This is at 7 am! She told me that she was told I had checked out! Multiple other things were broken or torn as well. The pool was out of order and all the vending machines were broke.
