Very poor

Liked: Their water and lights work
Disliked: The place was dirty. The sheets were dirty. They LIED about having breakfast claiming they dont serve breakfast anymore and I PAID FOR A PLACE THAT SERVES BREAKFAST!!! The staff was lazy. Never brought extra towels! This was a terrible stay and I want at least half my money back

Liked: Location close to downtown.
Disliked: We only had 1 day to transfer in Houston, so I chose the hotel based on whether it had breakfast. The price was a little higher than other hotels with breakfast. However, we were told on site that we would not get breakfast because they had stopped making it. We only got juice and coffee. The wifi did not work and at the reception we were told that it was because of the weather (which was beautiful). Only after about an hour did the unpleasant lady from the reception arrange for someone to turn it on. The cleanliness of the room was also not sufficient.

Disliked: Booked room on line went to check in front desk kept saying she didn't have any rooms which there were plenty of empty rooms that were visible I told her I had booked on line was given a really hard time I traveled from a different side of houston to this location for my construction job and to be lied to about the rooms was terrible even after I showed the confirmation number I was given then proceeded to argue with me after a long day at work
