Liked: Clean rooms, staff was polite
Disliked: I always choose places with breakfast and went I went down at 8, they had never served it or everything was completely put away, an hour before it was supposed to end. I have low blood sugar so breakfast is important in my booking. There wasn’t even milk to get cereal, no granola bars, nothing. Also the door handle was messed up where it was very difficult to get into my room

Disliked: Mary at the front desk was incredibly rude when we asked for towels, which they had forgotten to put in our room. She wanted to know why we didn't notice until almost 1am - but that's not her business. We checked in and then went out for a fun Saturday night. When we got back to shower before bed we realized there were no towels. Keep your judgement to yourself, Mary.
