Liked: Location
Disliked: Two of the last three times we have stayed there. The pool has been out of order. The room also had a funky odor.

All in all my stay...

Liked: The rooms was nice and clean the whole place was very clean and didn’t smell. No bugs of any kind anywhere. Beds was very comfortable. I stayed there for 4 nights. 7/7/25 to 7/11/25
Disliked: The pool and sauna was closed for repairs they should have said that in there booking of a room.the sidewalks all need to be fixed or replaced they are falling apart. One of the ice machines was out of service. Had to walk down the hall to the other ice machine for ice.

Bad

Great hotel for the price.

Liked: It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the location was.great.
Disliked: We brought out dog with us, they have a dog park but it was full of ticks, we had to take multiple off of him and us everytime we took him for a walk. They should treat the area to make it safer for the pets.

Pleasant

Liked: Location an continental breakfast . Staff was nice
Disliked: Pool not heated, an ticks were horrible. They really need to spray around the hotel premises an dog park

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean facility.
Disliked: We were in room 203 and the floor next to us in 201 creaked terribly especially during the night. Woke us up.

Disgusting awful

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: No hot water in our room they told us they are working on it and never fixed it lied and said we could go to another room but never did refused to offer us a refund then said the manager is refusing to show up to work so their is nothing they can do. Pool was ice cold people outside said it's been broke since they were there a week ago. Room was absolutely filthy wet slimy floors and walls. If it wouldn't have been 10 at night with our family we would have rather slept in the car that's how disgusting it was. We were unable to shower with 5 people there. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my 40 years of living. That picture I took paper towel and just wiped the floor that's how disgusting dirty it was.

Disliked: Couldn’t sleep because to noisy
