Was a good place. Needed extra towels, and a few extra minutes after check out time - they allowed 10-15 more minutes before you even had to pay for another day. So I was happy with staying there.

Staff was rude and not helpful at all. I wanted to punch the guy in the face.

Disliked: Worst hotel ever!

Overall the experience was fair to poor. Hotel gave false advertising regarding the condition of their facilities. Will not stay there again.

Liked: Just toast the check in guy said I wasn’t American and didn’t want to take service dogs!!!!

Liked: The proximity to things was great while the neighborhood was questionable. Free toast and danishes for breakfast. Great taco truck across the street next to large homeless camp.
Disliked: Needs a deep clean and paint job. Needs new furniture as dresser drawers were broken. Needed fruit or other options for breakfast. Remove graffiti from front of building. Room was dirty, fridge and TV didnt work. Dance club in building.

Liked: I would have rated negative, if allowed. Not even a single thing. Additionally there is a bar at first floor, runs till 2am. You cannot sleep because of the noise and hotel doesn't care about that. Cleaning lady was bit helpful.
Disliked: This place has Bed bugs. Very dirty, filthy and unhygienic room & lift. Towels, bed sheets were dirty. Please stay away from this hotel. Hotel tried to switch me to 3 different rooms, but their bad luck was really bad, other rooms lock wasn't working.

Liked: It was easy to find and there was parking with surveillance cámaras. Next to a lot of stores and restaurants
Disliked: I tried checking out but the front desk male was completely passed out asleep.

Not worth the price.

Liked: Walgreens and Target within walking distance of motel.
Disliked: Mattresses low to ground and very hard. Parking was cramped and difficult to navigate in a midsize SUV. I asked for a quiet room and was placed directly on top of the weird, green door pop up night club so that was great. Not. When I expressed frustration, I was told that they wouldn’t offer any compensation because they don’t know when the night club is open so it isn’t their fault that it interrupted our sleep. The coffee pot was filthy and full of a questionable flaky substance.
