Passable

Liked: Nothing. The elevator trapped us in the breakfast sucked, the room had ants and spiders in the bathroom the outside bushes were not trimmed and took up parking

Disliked: No hot tub, bad food, hot room.

Would stay again only if...

Liked: Breakfast was nice, sausage, eggs, waffles, juice, yogurt, cereal, toast. Basics, not too much not too little. rooms were basically clean, staff was nice & helpful. location was great. amenities like pool & hot tub are great if working. Coffee bar was a nice touch.
Disliked: I travel with kids & we book locations based on Hot tub & pool availability, to not be contacted ahead of time when the property knows their hot tub or pool is out of order is unacceptable for families like mine. I would have rebooked elsewhere if I had been contacted when the hot tub went out of service weeks earlier or even at check in, this is a deal breaker for my family. I requested a 1hr earlier check in & was told i would have to pay a $20 fee, also unacceptable. I understand it doesnt always work out to check in early but if you have a room & can accommodate families then you should. Our first room smelled like marijuana for the first few hours, not cool when you have kids with you. It did dissipate after a few hours though after we returned from dinner. The first night there were a few ants in the room, not a big deal. The second day there were lots of ants in the room & we could not stay in it any longer. The staff promptly got us a new room which is inconvenient to move rooms but not as bad as the ant issue. No discounts or credits were ever applied to our stay, I was also charged a $50 deposit that i was not told about until i asked about it, it still hasnt been removed from my charge card.

Beds great, breakfast good

Liked: The beds were very comfortable, friendly staff and lots of parking.. Breakfast had eggs (powdered), sausage and waffles (two flavors and toppings, for hot food and Flavored syrup for coffee.
Disliked: The AC controller cover fell off when I turned it on because it was broken, the wall mounted lotion was empty, had to pull or push the door hard to get it to shut, the window sill cracked and in poor condition..

Liked: The place was very clean, their breakfast was better than we expected for a complementary breakfast, our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Beds were a little uncomfortable.
