Super 8 by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester Area

Liked: Clean; nice atmosphere; kind staff; super great price; good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.

Bad business

Disliked: The staff was rude. I didn't know food was not allowed out the breakfast area. This worker came and told me your daughter did this ( spilled juice )in the hallway. I knew and was going to clean it up , I said im sorry to this man and very respectful but after that he really watched me walk all the way down the hall to my room. I was just going to get my daughter to bring her back to the breakfast area out of respect. Now after I realized they never came to clean up the room nor take garbage out. I asked why and a housekeeper told me to sit the garage outside the door. I never got clean wash cloths or towels , I even asked and they said they didn't have any at all. Never in my life have heard of such a thing. I would not stay there again or recommend anyone to stay.

Liked: Location, in room appointments and the price range.
Disliked: There was no room service each day but I imagine that was representative of the price. The rooms/bathrooms are showing age.

Dirty rooms- trust Google reviews

Liked: The price but now we see why, room was dirty and asked for a refund
Disliked: Front desk toom 5 mins for someone to come to it with 3 groups waiting to check in. Room was dirty! Not swept, pee under toilet seat, blanket dirty, fridge dirty, and found 2 bugs in the sheets. Outside doors were not locked so safety was a concern too. We couldn't even stay, we asked for a refund.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was friendly The in-room refrigerator was great and so was the 8.
Disliked: Really bad TV channels available. The bathtub wasn't clean and the floors were sticky.
