Disliked: Awful. Out booking was cancelled last minute. Arrived there 2 hours later and apparently all they had available was the most expensive room because it was so late at night we had no other choice but to accept it but it cost us over usd$50 of the rate we had reserved

My recommendation is to stay...

Liked: The night clerk was nice, friendly. Downhill from there.
Disliked: It was dark and the entrance number was impossible to see in the glare of the security light. The room was gritty and odd, as if once there had been more furniture in it. Two nightstands but only lamp--and it was the only one that worked; there was a floor lamp but the bulb was burned out. The bed was awful--slanted somehow and lumpy. Had asked for extra pillows but no.

Disliked: Filthy disgusting and dirty. Felt very unsafe. Bathroom door was broken and would not close. Manager was yelling at patrons in the breakfast area.

Liked: Location easily reached from thruway, stores and restaurants short drive away, staff friendly and courteous on check-in, beds clean and comfortable, small frig/microwave/safe in room a plus, continental breakfast nice with waffles/cereals/bagels/toast/coffee/juices; small comfortable lobby area to relax in
Disliked: List of amenities stated coffee makers in room but there isn't one provided any longer
