Exceptional

Liked: Clean rooms and staff are extra helpful. Breakfast was very filling
Disliked: TV is hard to work. We had to only listen to music

Liked: It was very nice and the stuff was very nice! Everything was nice and clean!!
Disliked: The only down side was every time we left our key holder wouldn’t work, so we had to go all the way down to the lobby to get it reset. It was like 3 or 4 times we had to do that!

Disliked: The last morning, taking a shower and water was shut off instead of knocking on the doors to tell people they just posted a sign on the lobby door after the effect.

Disliked: The door was hard to open. He practically had to bust it open, and the TV was hard to figure out.

Terrible would never stay there...

Disliked: one bed was dirty we asked to have it changed and they brought new sheets in a garbage bag and dropped at our door.Shower was dirtyNo soap, we had to go down and ask for it

Will never ever go back...

Liked: The location is excellent!! The bed was not bad.
Disliked: No hot tea or hot water, no decaf coffee. No water in the steam table that was suppose to keep scrambled eggs warm. No hospitality service from anyone. No professionalism , front desk did not show any sense of welcoming or even a smile. It was like the most unorganized establishment we have ever seen. Three towels hd yellow and dark stands on them, we also found a big worm in the tub, which We took a picture off. The location is great, the bed was not bad.
