Liked: Staff was very kind and put us in a room 2nd night that was clean except toilet flusher was not working
Disliked: Room 305 was disgusting, it should never have been rented out , ac dud not cool room, sandy floor, heat vents falling off walls, blind taped up, light switches loose in walls, bathroom toilet coming off the wall , it was gross!!!

Disliked: If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s obvious the 5 star reviews on here are fake. This place was absolutely disgusting and unlivable. The first room we were offered stunk of cigarettes. We immediately asked to be moved to a different room. The front desk lady showed us 2 other rooms. One of the rooms looked like the door jam had been kicked in. We picked the other one based on the fact it didn’t smell like cigarettes, however upon further inspection, the room was terribly filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned. The floors were full of dirt and debris, mold on the walls, hair in the shower and on toilet, bed sheets were dirty. The room had a musty odor that we at first attributed to being an older facility, but once we saw the mold we realized it wasn’t just “an old building”. Aside from the cleanliness issues there was holes in the walls, chipped grout and paint as well. We, again, went to the front desk. She showed us a fourth room that was in similar condition. We did not stay as we felt extremely uncomfortable. When we asked for a refund we were told the owner was unavailable to approve it. We have filed a complaint with the booking platform. Beware of these reviews for this hotel.
