Liked: The staff was nice the room was horrible it had a smell. All the furniture was beat up and old The carpet was stained. I pulled the sheet and covers off the bed to find the mattress in horrible stains like blood on it it was disgusting. I sat up in the chair all night it was awful and uncomfortable.
Disliked: You can get new mattresses. And stop hiding the nasty ones with loads of sheets and blankets . And the maids can do a better job . The chilling had so much dust t.it is turning black to he housekeepers also don't clean to the edge of the wAll.they can use the crevice attachment for that I was a hotel house keeper for years . And as such I say some house keepers need a meeting on expectations on cleanliness.
