Disliked: I booked online my total was $63 and I requested 1st floor becse I was in 2 medical boots and when I got there the lady said I would have to pay extra for the 1st floor so $63 turned into $100 I think was wrong

Disliked: I have been charged 3 times for one night stayLike I am rich or something I called this online company called travluor for 54.54$ and I gave the motel my information and I was asked for my card. When I checked out I noticed I was charged 56.32$ figures r only one night Saturday I accidentally scheduled a room online and immediately tried to cancel it. Just to find out I could not do it because the manager is not on duty so I couldn’t cancel in less than 5 minutes. I was now being charged and I am in Alabama not Virginia trying to explain. Sent a letter and now just called and was informed Muriel was going to be in from 11-7 instead of 3-11No reply still from them and frustrated
