Pleasant

Liked: The gentleman who checked us in was so nice and the hotel was in a good location for our trip to Hershey.
Disliked: The place needs renovation badly. And the people who live in the hotel were hanging out in the halls and entries.

Liked: Not one thing at all didn’t even stay got my room checked it out went right back up and told them how nasty it was
Disliked: I didn’t even stay because I’m nasty. The room was and didn’t even give me a refund so I will be sharing this over every single social media everywhere

Dirty room and poor facilities.

Liked: The staff were friendly but unfortunately it ends there.
Disliked: It was filthy and we honestly felt unsafe there. We checked in despite our first impressions of the broken table and trash littering the parking lot, but the room was no better. Red and brown splatters on the walls, hole in the wall, mold growing on the bed. Worst of all, there was no lock on the door. The chain was missing and there was no secondary closure for a sense of security, which is important when traveling as women. We immediately checked back out and drove to a hotel in the next town. We've attempted to contact the property owner as well as Booking for a refund and have been unsuccessful so far. Spend the extra $20 and get a clean room elsewhere.
