Disliked: When we returned to our room at night other travelers were in our room! Lucky we didn’t have our luggage in there! Front desk said they would give us a different room. How did they think that was ok!?!?!

Disliked: There are stairs everywhere. You have to drag your luggage up several stone stairs to get in the side door or drag them up a long ramp from parking area to building. Then more stairs to get to any room. Breakfast was a waffle or cold cereal that was it nothing else. The cleaning chemicals were so strong I couldn’t even breath didn’t change rooms because there were too many stairs no elevator broken glass on walkway by side door along with the smokers. The hotel is on top of a hill and even trying to park the car was a pain.

Liked: Staff was great, professional and friendly, location was great, when they said there was a problem with the room I booked, they put us in a different room at the same rate that I paid for even though the room they put us in was more expensive, I only was charged the rate of the room I booked. Definitely recommend!
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better, more tv channels, but that's it.
