Disliked: Noisy and under construction. Toilet dirty old coffee filter in the coffee pot. Coffee pot dirty. Small amount of towels, bed sheets stained.

Disliked: the early morning guy could not extend my stay when asked. also when requested he make coffee, he was more concerned with personal phone call than my needs

Disliked: The TV would not work for streaming. It would not hold the hotel internet, at all.We were there for more than a week and they never came in to change sheets or refresh towels. The guy next to us, kept his TV on all night at a ridiculous volume, so I called the FD to have it addressed so I could sleep, and it was not addressed, at all. We did not sleep at all that night. Not an hour. The night prior there was a very load party in the next door room and sounded like I. The hallway, which was directly across for the office so not sure why it was not shut down, but it kept us awake for hrs.This was supposed to be included breakfast, but most mornings it was either nonexistent, or not eatable. The electric was not working and the fuses kept blowing. The bread and the rolls were stale. No butter. There was a lot of excessive noise in the lobby that was not addressesThe vending machine was totally empty. The ice machine need either emptying or cleaning as the ice tasted badly. And lastly because of the storm coming and where we had to drive to, we left a day early. We let the front desk know on Saturday morning that we were leaving Sunday morning as early as possible and that we had already been bill for stay Sunday night and would need that day credited, but instead they charged us for another day. When I saw that I call and asked the to remove the additional day that the had now changed for AND the day that they now still owed me the refund for and they only refunded me for the new charge. The front desk people we kind. But they really have no business running a hotel.
