One of the nastiest hotels...

Disliked: There were roaches in our bathroom!!!! The sheets were stained and had holes. This place was disgusting !

Bed bugs

Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: I got vit by bed bugs and had to leave at 4 in the morning and they would not give any kind of refund

I should not be charged...

Liked: We booked ahead of time. No one,was at the front desk when we arrived. We waited in the lobby and called for 15 mins. Still no one appeared or answered our phone calls an hour and a half later. We ended up going down the street to rent a room. We had been traveling all day. My reservation was never accommodated , therefore I feel I should not be charged for a cancelation charge.
Disliked: Not being accommodated when we made numerous attempts to sign in. Waiting and calling for over an hour and a half.

Disliked: Pillow sucked. Bed uncomfortable felt like you where going to roll out of it if you got to close to the edge
