Super 8 by Wyndham Grove City

Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by unfriendly and rude staff. After check in, I found that the room A/C unit was unable to be regulated due to broken knobs. I requested help at the desk and was told no maintenance staff were on duty, I would have to move rooms if I was not satisfied. Don't know why someone could not have switched knobs for me - staff unwilling to help. When trying to take a shower or use the restroom, I found the water a dark brown color. This was in the sink, the toilet and the shower. Made me NOT want to use the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable, with a pillow that someone had let the air out of. Overall, staying at this hotel was a MAJOR mistake which I will NOT make again.

Disliked: Unfriendly staff; uncomfortable beds; A/C badly maintained; water quality nasty.

Disliked: The upstairs hallway smelled like Mexican or Indian food. The smell wasn’t in the room though.
