Super 8 by Wyndham Groton

This was my 3rd stay at his hotel - great location and pricing, and staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay - thank you Super 8.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, room was confortable and price was not bad either :-)
Disliked: Staff needs to have better information for customers if they have a car problems - where to go etc., or who to call!

Liked: I liked the closeness to the casino to see a concert.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact we did our check in online and I called the property, or double bed room was upgraded to a customer and we got stuck in a single bed room.

Don't trust Booking.com; but the...

Liked: Becca was awesome, as always. I ran into a problem with Booking.com - no fault of the Super 8. Between Becca & Amanda, they set it all right by going above and beyond what they had to do! Thank you!

Disliked: Staff caused a scene, spkoe to me as if I was a child, threatened to call the police and told me, " You can leave" as she pointed to the door.Causing a scene is UNACCEPTABLE, unprofessional, and disrespectful. All of that was caused by a MISUNDERSTANDING of Thursday's misfortune and what was offered to the guests at the hotel.I'm still waiting for my call back.I'm still beside myself and it's sad how thus ended.Thank you
