Horrible horrible and horrible

Disliked: Horrible experience ever, will never stay at this location again in my entire life nor recommend to anybody that I know. Called front desk to report that both my daughter and I were run out of the place by an individual on the top floor who was more than disrespectful, unruly, abusive language and literally walking back and forth in front of my car speaking very vulgar language and wanting to fight. The room itself had burn holes in the blankets and comforters and had a terrible odor ever.

Disliked: Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and had ashes and a cigarettes butts

Disliked: The mirror in the bathroom has bullet marks in it the ceiling in the bathroom was disgusting and the sheets looked to yellow I had to use a blanket I keep in my car just to lay down in the bed

Liked: Booking was easy and last minute. I was thankful for that. We asked to see the room beforehand and they happily accommodated us without hesitation!
Disliked: I didn't like that once I got there to check in, I was told there was a $50 deposit needed for incidentals. We paid cash for the room, yet you need a deposit that may rake 5-7 business days to return to my card?Also alot noisier than I thought it would be. Toilet took awhile to flush 🤷🏾‍♀️
