Disappointing

Disliked: I booked through you, but when checking out they charged my card again! And said they were crediting it. We'll a week later no credit. And tried calling them just keep getting the recording. Would like to see my credit to my card

Great staff!!

Liked: Great staff and very friendly. I enjoy the stay.. Close to restaurants and anything else you would need. The area is quiet at nite and the hotel is as well. Lots of free parking. I'll be back next time I'm visiting the area.

Liked: Staff is very welcoming and they tried everything to helpe. Room was ok and no elevator in this hotel but we dealt with it . So close to everything and the area is safe to go out at night. This was a good trip. Thank you staff!!
Disliked: I was doubled charged.. I booked through booking . Com and paid online and when I was signing the hotel papers the hotel charged my card as well.. I brought to their attention but they couldn't do anything they said call booking. com and I did I'm still dealing with with it and still the hotel nor booking.com m has reimbursed me yet. so I'm really disappointed that I was charged at the hotel it was so quick that I didn't know I was being charged at the hotel until I started signing papers and she run run the charge and my bank sends me a text and tells me that so much was taken out of my bank account and I look to see who had text me and it was my bank and I told the girl I already paid on mine at booking.com she said wasn't nothing she could do that I need to call booking.com which I did. I just want somebody to pay me back cuz I was double charged so either the hotel or booking.com owes me for two nights and I need that money and I don't know why I've got to wait so long to get it back in my account. That is crazy..

All good overall

Liked: Location good and pretty clean. Foyer and hallways walls could use paint and carpet replacement. Overall rooms clean and great for our weekend. Staff was very nice
Disliked: Foyers and carpet needed replacing

Disliked: The tv didn’t have any channels other than sports channels
