Super 8 by Wyndham Gloucester

Truly just used it as a bed for the night but would definitely splurge in any other time to not stay here again.

Liked: Front desk was friendly.
Disliked: I have never stayed in a dirtier room; floor was filthy; windows were filthy; missing lamp shade; missing light bulbs; broken furniture; not pleasant odor in the room; lack of towels and overall cleanliness.

Liked: Very clean; comfortable bed; quiet; nice breakfast; very reasonable.

From the word "go", it was a bad situation. First the staff was not friendly when I checked in. The room they were going to put us in wasn't ready. Then they found another one, we walked up there, and they hadn't finished yet. Then, the key didn't work, so I had to go back down for them to reprogram it. No apology. Overall it's in a rough area too. Scary. Anyway, my fault for selecting it, but wow. Totally embarrassed that my girlfriend of only a few months had to stay there.

This hotel no have breakfast

Disliked: Poor wifi and so complicated wach TV. Horrible. They no have breakfast. Just coffee machine

Disliked: That their was no coffee maker and the ice machine was out of order

Liked: My room was clean and nicely decorated. However the phone didn’t work, the tv code to activate the tv didn’t work, the “breakfast” was a coffee station, and the property upkeep wasn’t the greatest.
Disliked: I didn’t like the lack of customer service and the lack of property upkeep

Liked: The room was fine. Good location. Quiet
Disliked: It's nothing I didn't like, but the shower in both rooms wasn't working correctly. The internet was freezing up, so the tv would freeze multiple times. You had to hold the toilet handle for the toilet to flush. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way unless you held it up, then closed it.

Disliked: advertising included breakfast,but no breakfast.No house keeping at a room.A room is not clean,no toilette paper.

Look around first

Liked: I like that it is quite the bed was ok the room nice.
Disliked: I didn't like that the bathroom only have 1 wash cloth and it was DIRTY there was NO TOILET PAPER in the bathroom I asked for some and never GOT IT!! I had to go buy my own..

Clean and comfortable

Liked: I stayed at super 8 by Wyndham Gloucester and it was good experience. Check in checkout was easy and fast. Bed was comfortable.
