Liked: There were renovations going on but staff made it as comfortable as they could.

Disappointing
Liked: Room was clean, but needs some cosmetic upgrades. Did not eat the breakfast, since we were trying to keep moving. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Mattress was worn out. Very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Liked: The lady that checked me in helped me carry all my stuff up to my room . That you allowed pets so I get on my little dog with me. only a couple of the staff members were friendly. The rest weren’t friendly.
Disliked: The lady that checked me in check somebody else into my room before I got there because she didn’t pay attention to the name on the ID and the name on the reservation. So I was stuck on the third floor instead of the first floor and I had a bad knee The outlets in the room didn’t work except for one the bed was uncomfortable, the blankets and sheets weren’t very clean, the floor was gross. I left my charger in there, and nobody called to let me know The breakfast there needs to be more of a variety of food. The syrup for the waffles was disgusting.
