Disliked: The room was dirty, smoke alarm beeped and the sheets were torn and stained. There were many dead insects in the bathroom.

Disliked: I understand the need to house the homeless but stop being a “hotel” and just Be a shelterIt was very uncomfortable

Liked: access to room very easy on first floor. owners accepting the early check in request and having the amenities in the room that were requested.
Disliked: the free breakfast is not sufficient or rather misleading. a 2 bite muffin and yogurt and juice is not considered a meal per Health Canada and someone who is insulin dependant. The proper definitions should be used when advertising. Eg. continental or grab and go breakfast or snack is best so that potential clients are not misled. We had to leave and go purchase breakfast. The other very annoying issue is the fridge in the room did not function. Very costly for us.We reported to owner at check out and gave a detailed account of what was encountered.. unfortunately our medicine and food had to be thrown out when we arrived at night from travels. .
