Great stay

Liked: Everything in the room was fantastic!
Disliked: Hard to drive around building to get to the room on the north side of the building.

Nice stay.

Liked: Quick and easy checking and the Day Staff was excellent.
Disliked: Apparently the door to my room was recently replaced, but the door sweep was not installed, which left a half inch opening between the door and the door frame, which c iuld allow bugs and other pests to enter the room

Nice place to stay when...

Liked: A/C worked very well, water was very hot which was nice. Mini fridge kept drinks extremely cold to the point of freezing. Beds comfortable with just enough pillows/blankets. Rooms look like they were remodeled with new paint and vinyl flooring. Not sure about the coffee pot or microwave as I did not use them. All in all a good clean comfortable room.
Disliked: Breakfast could have used a little more variety and a larger area for eating. And a few more towels in room. Also, no place to hang your clothes, only a small chest of drawers. Did not care for having to drive around the back of the building in order to leave property but I understand it was for safety reasons since property is located on the main street.

Liked: The room smelled like heavy disinfectant. So I know it was clean .

Liked: We had 2 Queen beds. One bed had an obvious hole/slump in the mattress. It should be discarded.Nice staff, everything is ridiculously expensive in Fredericksburg. Great location for walking around downtown.

I would stay there again.

Liked: It’s a work in progress. They are doing some renovations and I’m ok with that ,,,
Disliked: The steps going upstairs were a little rough to walk on do to needing a makeover but I’m sure they’ll get around to repairing them as well.
