Liked: We stay here every time we stay in Humboldt county. The property is always clean and the staff is amazing.

Disliked: I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at your property. I accidentally left my phone in the room after checking out and contacted the hotel promptly to request assistance in locating it. Unfortunately, I was told that the phone was not found.The following day, I verified through my device’s navigation history that the phone was last located at your hotel. I made several attempts to reach your staff via text and calls, but I received no response. This lack of communication and assistance is unacceptable.Your staff’s silence and unwillingness to cooperate have raised serious concerns about their integrity. It feels as though the phone was deliberately withheld rather than lost or misplaced. I urge you to take this matter seriously and conduct a proper investigation immediately.I expect a prompt and honest response from your team. If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this issue through public reviews and appropriate consumer protection channels.
