Your customer service is absolutely...

Liked: I didn't get to stay because they acted like my reservation didn't exist after I already paid for it ahead of time, and booking.com did absolutely nothing to accommodate me or try to fix the situation.
Disliked: I paid for the reservation ahead of time through booking.com and when I arrived, the hotel claimed they didn't see my reservation in their system and directed me to call booking. The guy at booking claimed he would get in contact with the hotel and get it fixed and call me back 45 minutes later. He never called and the hotel told me he never called them either. So yeah, paying in full for a service and then being denied it sucks and the customer service all around was atrocious. I will never stay here ever again and I definitely will never use booking.com ever again either.

Disliked: I did not get good directions from front desk so that I could fine the room . Didn't know there was a back to other rooms.

Liked: I love the cleanliness and smell of the rooms fresh linen!
Disliked: I DIDNT like when j tried to blow dry my hair....it's was throwing sparks and smoking. I told worker, he plugged in and let run for a second. I still wanted no part in it!
