We enjoyed our stay here....

Liked: The rooms were a good size. We asked for rooms next to each other and were accommodated. Breakfast had a good selection of food and was available at an earlier hour than expected which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We wish we had time to check out the pool & hot tub area.

Stay was okay.

Disliked: Our room - carpet was filthy like it had never been carpet cleaned, spills or stains on carpet by the fridge. Bathroom around the bathtub and floor is red/brown, bathtub has a huge brown stain, VERY damp in the room, window had condensation from the moment we got there, nothing would dry hung up even with the bathroom fan on.Pool- warm however, debris all at the bottom of the pool. Something dripping from the ceiling into the pool (condensation or rust pieces from the pipes) very chemically, my skin and eyes were burning (I never went under the water) my kids have red blotches on their body- all lotions stung the area I had to use polystyrene. Immediately took showers after the pool.Hot Tub- VERY foamy when jets are turned on. Researched why, apparently it’s caused by skin and oils OR the filter needs cleaning.
