In need of updates

Liked: Service was good. The location was great. Eating or gasoline options were good. Beach or coastal access is amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The room has been updated; however, it needs additional updating. Laminate flooring is spongy in spots and lifting in a few areas. The toilet in the bathroom is lower than most and almost uncomfortable. The window in the room is scratched, etched, or dirty. It is hard to look out. Continental breakfast is not good. The breakfast area is not that big, making the dining options less than appealing. Looks like the hotel has opened up to weekly tenants.

Comfortable. Good restaurants nearby.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff at the front desk.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't substantive, could be improved.

Liked: Decent room, very clean. Good value for money.
Disliked: Very simple, but that's what you expect when going to that kind of place. No biggie.

Very pleasant. Breakfast items leave...

Liked: Great bed, hot water in shower, tv channels,
Disliked: The doors need painting.
