Liked: Staff was amazing. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have loved it. This trip the AC wasn’t working in the room. The manager immediately tried to fix it but was unable to. He quickly moved us to another room with no issues. Greatly appreciated.

Liked: The good: * Staff, which were wonderful, went out of their way to assist me with an accessible room on arrival.* Room was clean, but also felt worn and a bit dated.* Bed was ok, but again, felt like it was near its expiration date.* This hotel accepts pets ($25.00/pet/night for our visit). Many others in the area do not.* Conveniently located to several decent restaurant choices and worthwhile visits such as Russian Gulch State Park, Point Cabrillo Light Station, and Glass Beach.
Disliked: The not so good:* Facility as a whole could use some inside and outside "sprucing up".* "American breakfast" should be, more accurately, "morning snack". Coffee was ok, bagels could not be toasted (no toaster), some morning snacks, bulk cereals, and a small selection of fruit sort of felt less than an "American breakfast". I feel just a few other items would make the morning so much better.
