Sooo convenient to everything and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!!!!!!!

Disliked: When we checked in I told the guy at the counter we're paying cash and not to charge my card. He said no he wasn't charging my card but didn't ask for payment (so I thought we'd pay at checkout). Got to our room and my bank notified me about 3 charges making my acct overdrawn. I asked to refund immediately and was told he could not do that. so I had to freeze my acct until we got home, and had no money on vacation. Then our friends room had black mold completely covering his bathroom (and he is highly asmatic). I have already submitted a picture to booking.com). There was another couple staying there that had the same issue with their card being charged. AND, the picture of the pool online was WAY bigger than the pool actually was, and we had kids with us. The breakfast bar was in the office lobby, which is filthy and the cold foods got warm because it is so hot there.
