Disappointing

Liked: room was mostly clean- basic room - plus table and chairs-I wasn't expecting much beyond a very basic room.
Disliked: bead spread had a burn hole in it, there was some kind of red candy on one pillow. the bathroom one the floor above leaks so there was a wet spot on the bathroom ceiling in the morning.

I want my money back...

Disliked: I paid for a week from May 23rd to May 30th. He did something stupid and got thrown out on the 27th. I have been trying to get my money back for the unused nights of May 27th, 28th and 29th. The management is stalling. I keep calling and I think they refuse to answer when they see my number. I have tried working through Booking.com, how I booked the room, to get my money back and the hotel manager keeps asking for more details. I have tried calling multiple times to give them the info and they won't answer. I guess I have to go there and talk to the manager face to face. I am NOT happy about this. The shower wasn't working when he checked in. Then later after it got fixed the drain wouldn't drain. Their FREE Breakfast was one free muffin or donut. And that was all they had besides some watered down very bad coffee. I know mt ex-husband was a jerk but I would still like my money back for the nights he wasnt able to use.

Disliked: The room was filthy, no working shower, no toilet tissue and no way to contact staff from the room. Terrible experience.
