Liked: The bed was very comfortable but lacking in adequate pillows.
Disliked: The towels didn't look clean. There was a stain on the sheets. Also, one of the lamp shades had questionable markings. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good and could get hot water.

Disliked: Sloppy refurbishment. Asphalt in parking was very bad. Couldn’t roll suitcase across it without damage. Elevator was questionable and dirty

Disliked: Very run down, very old linens, horrible condition, very sparse “breakfast” existing of cereal, toast and coffee. Painted bathtub, paint splatters everywhere, hallways dirty

Great staff this might be...

Liked: This hotel was not my first choice it was a last minute stay and the only place in Fernley NV with room available. The staff was excellent they were friendly, attentive they answered the phone quickly and took action when I complained about the room next door play music too loud at 11 pm.
Disliked: I don't want to trash the hotel this is not my intend this is my honest experience. There were a few things that disappointed. One was the tv and remote were not working properly, the shower nob was striped and wouldn't turn not good when your already in the shower and the toilet leaked making noise all night. The owners would benefit by up dating the decor and fixing what need to be repaired.
