Very poor
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was non-existent unless you are up for from 6:00 to 9:00 it's like they want to make it impossible for normal people to get there there was no maid service today I've been out of my room for 4 hours and nobody's been in here to get the trash ice machine works when it wants to everyday we've had to have our key cards re-magnetized can't get in the side door with them in fact can't even get them in the hotel room

Room was a piece of...
Liked: Good continental breakfast. The waffle bar was top notch.
Disliked: Our room was "the pits." Unfortuantely, due to our flight arrival from LAX to STL around 11pm, we ran into problems after checking in at the desk and going to our room. This motel/hotel is being upgraded and I don't think our room was one of those chosen to be upgraded. Firstly, we were happy that the room was just off the hall from the dining area. That is when the happiness subsided. As we opened our bags and got set for the nignt. I walked into the bathroom to find that there was some sticky substance ALL OVER THE FLOOR! I turned on the TV to catch the evening news. The TV DIDN'T WORK!!!!!! I went to the front desk and the night clerk gave me a different wand. I went back to the room and tried it and IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!!! The night clerk came to our room and checked the bathroom floor and tv and suggested that we move to another room. Remember that this is now around 11:30pm. I didn't feel like repacking our suitcases and moving to another room and re-unpacking. So I bit the bullet, undressed and got into bed. This is when I found that the alarm clock wasn't working, so I asked the night clerk to give us a wake up call at 7:30am. At 7:40 the next morning I heard what I thought was a "weak" knock at the door. A couple of minutes later…another weak knock…this time I got out of bed to see who was knocking. The same night clerk said that the phone wasn't working and came to give us a knock to wake us up. I've NEVER witnessed this at any motel/hotel we have ever stayed at. He said that with all our room problems, he couldn't imburse us for any charges to the room. So my wife got up, dressed (We couldn't shower due to the sticky bathroom floor) and went to find a good quality breakfast (we didn't know what to expect). We checked out with a different morning clerk. This time, a woman. She listened to our problems with the room and the attitude of the night clerk and checked out the room for herself.

Disliked: I called ahead to let them know I’d be a late check-in. I got there and got the room I selected (King). I went into the room and the carpet floors were wet- went into the bathroom and I heard the fire alarm beep(like it was running out of batteries). I went to the front to ask for a different room thinking it couldn’t be much worse than that and boy was I wrong. I got into the 2nd room and this room smelled so bad, like someone had lived in there for a few months and they had cats- smelled like straight up cat pee. Also, again, the floor was wet and the room was so muggy and gross- the air coming out of the air conditioner smelled horrible. I’m fairly certain the spots on the walls were mold from it being so wet and muggy in that room. Now, let me put out there that I am a younger lady, that was traveling solo and I didn’t check in until 1:15am. So leaving at this point wasn’t exactly an option. Then, I got into the shower- the shower handle was broken. I could turn it right or left but it was stuck on scalding hot. At this point I was extremely annoyed and trying to figure out if I should have just slept in my rental car or not. I got a solid 3 hours of sleep that night after i had just driven 8 hours to get a room and that’s what I arrived to…then I had to get up to finish out this 19.5 hour roadtrip. 1000% do not recommend.

Nice stay
Liked: This is where I should have booked from the beginning. Every one was friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. Rooms were not as big as the other place but it was just as comfortable. Excellent location. Restaurants all around and the malls were close 5 to 6 minutes from the hotel. Will stay again and highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing. Excellent location .
