Liked: Very friendly service
Disliked: Pool was freezing cold and hot tub under maintenance and not available.. Most ice machines were out of order. Repairs were being done though, we were just in the off season I think.

This was a good spot...

Liked: The room was great. Comfortable, clean, good condition.
Disliked: The backside of the hotel's exterior could use some renovation. The breakfast was just ok.

Disliked: It was hard for our keys to work, the room smelled when we first got there, the dog barking next door, but the breakfast was a plus

Liked: The lady that was working the desk when we arrived was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The pool heater didn't work, the bathtub in my room was not cleaned (had a bar of used soap and the wrapper in it). There was also alot of yelling feom 2 levels down by guests and at one point the front desk lady called my room asking me about it cause someone had said the commotion was coming from my room but it wasn't. And about 3 hrs later a drunk lady who was being escorted back to her room by the front desk man banged on my door and flipped me off as I came out to see what was going on. So it was a really weird night.
