Once the noise outside settled...
Liked: Room was clean; presented well.
Disliked: - Lobby looks very tired. Made us wonder about our stay.- Casino immediately next door. Loud patrons and fights spilled into property’s parking lot on a few occasions.- Smokers repeatedly stood outside our room on property exterior. Loud conversations. Very annoying.- Location is out of the way of pretty much everything. When I asked an employee about a recommendation for a quiet place to dine, he simply pointed and said, “Just drive down that street; you’ll find something.”- Continental breakfast is very barebones.

Thinking twice if i will...
Liked: The room is clean but not very comfy..Just want to shared my experience with your receptionist name MARIA. I extended 1 more night with my stay and she showed me an unexceptional behaviour: first my keycard , if the guest is extending for additional night or day she should extend the card activation and that they im in a rushed i didn’t know that they cut off the keycard activation coz originally just only activated for 2 nights, second my parking pass i need to asked her again to extend the dates then 3rd the access code, i asked her another access code and gave it to me in a sideways coz shes talking to her co worker without looking at me..she shouldn’t working at front desk if she doesn’t handle customer needs.And im sure that she got a training on how to handle customer needs and work in a customer service..hope u take action on this matter..thanks for reading my concern
