Liked: The hot tub & pool

Staff was very helpful and...

Disliked: Needs updating and the sink was not in the bathroom. It was weird to have to wash our hands ad brush our teeth etc in main area

Liked: I liked the location, the staff and the pool.
Disliked: Dust caked on window ledges, lamps and nightstands. The elevator was extremely slow, we tested it and to take 3 flights of stares, was Just as long as waiting and taking the elevator to the 3rd floor. They were very busy and only one elevator to boot. The room was quite small and we had a king size bed so it felt very cramped. Most hotels have 2 or more mirrors and this one only had a bathroom mirror.

Disliked: The room was not clean, we couldn't close the bathroom door. It was so tight. Rusted towel rod, loose night lights broken sir conditioning. We were very disappointed

Disliked: I put a pet friendly room in my requests and when I got there they changed my room to one I didn’t request . The bed was only a double and the room smelled very badly . There was also pet hair all over the bathroom and no conditioner for hair just shampoo. Also the breakfast was terrible. The batter for the waffles was watered down and when given hot food it was cold (sausage and hash browns ) . Lastly there was dog poop all around the grounds and people allowing their dogs run around without leashes .
